Since 2006, Liv MacKenzie has built her expertise as a Master Clinician related to Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Liv has dedicated her private practice to the needs of mothers and families in search of support and treatment.
Liv considers herself very fortunate to obtain her postgraduate master clinician instruction from Karen Kleiman, author, and founder of The Postpartum Stress Center. Ms Kleiman's training and center is known worldwide for its outstanding work in the postpartum field and as an authority on the topic.
Since then, Liv has dedicated her private practice to the needs of mothers and families in search of Reproductive and Maternal Mental Health treatment in the Four Corners area.
She went on to continue training in the diagnosis and treatment of mood and anxiety disorder components of care and postpartum depression, reproductive psychiatry, and perinatal mental health.
Liv specializes in Maternal and Reproductive Mental Health Counseling for women and their families in addition to a general therapy practice.
Liv also volunteers her time for Postpartum Support International as a Colorado Coordinator.
This is an LGBT inclusive practice that welcomes all couples or persons seeking guidance or support.
